The outdoor living areas are spectacular with amazing pool, sun chairs, couches, state of the art 4 burner BBQ, picnic table and even an outdoor rocking chair! Owners Barbara & Victor have brilliantly brought the Caribbean to the inside of their home with their choice of blue and yellow colors that are a consistent theme throughout! Even the several different decorative Iguanas follow this vibrant tropical trend! Needless to say, Villa Las Iguanas, is a name that is very fitting! Every bedroom has a smart tv with cable and Netflix along with two other living rooms, one in the back and one in the front, that have smart tv's with cable & Netflix as well. All rooms have king-size beds with tons of pillows, comfortable duvets and lots of closet space to hang up your clothes. Each full bathroom is not only wonderfully decorated and equipped with relaxing rain showers but have been strategically built to be 100% fully accessible to all! Meaning all showers and toilets have support bars and sufficient 32 inches of space for all to enter. The entire home is 100% handicap friendly with ramps on the outside giving scooters and wheelchairs full access! The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel fridge, ice maker, gas stove, air-frier, drip coffee machine, espresso machine, Keurig coffee machine, nutri-bullet, high quality pots & pans and the list goes on and on!!! There is also private parking for you on the property as well, which you can access by easily opening the large gate for your vehicle. Lastly, Barbara and Victor have provided you with all of the amenities one might need to explore and enjoy the beach such as beach chairs, beach towels and a portable cooler so you can pack some goodies for your trip 🙂
